1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern entry and attendance at SOLDOUT Festival (the “Festival”). 1.2 The Festival is organized by Soldout production s.r.o. (the “Organizer”). 1.3 By entering the Festival area, visitors agree to these Terms.
2. Entry to the Venue
2.1 Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or wristband. 2.2 Visitors must wear their wristband at all times. 2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to persons:
- under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- behaving aggressively or inappropriately
2.4 Re-entry may not be guaranteed depending on ticket type.
3. Security Checks
3.1 All visitors must undergo security checks. 3.2 This includes personal and bag inspections. 3.3 Refusal of inspection will result in denied entry. 3.4 Prohibited items may be confiscated.
4. Visitor Obligations
Visitors must:
- follow instructions from the Organizer, security, and emergency services
- behave in a way that does not endanger others
- comply with Czech laws
- maintain cleanliness and order
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited:
- weapons and dangerous objects
- pyrotechnics
- illegal substances
- outside alcohol and beverages
- glass containers and cans
- flammable materials and sprays
- drones
- laser devices
- large luggage
6. Prohibited Conduct
It is prohibited to:
- enter restricted areas (e.g. backstage)
- climb structures or equipment
- throw objects
- start fires
- damage property
- record professional audio/video without permission
7. Alcohol & Drugs
7.1 Sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited. 7.2 Use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. 7.3 Intoxicated persons may be removed without refund.
8. Liability
8.1 Visitors are liable for any damage they cause. 8.2 The Organizer is not responsible for loss or theft. 8.3 Violations may result in removal without compensation.
9. Media & Recording
9.1 By entering, visitors consent to photo and video recording. 9.2 Materials may be used for promotional purposes.
10. Emergency Situations
10.1 Visitors must follow instructions from staff and emergency services. 10.2 In case of evacuation, visitors must leave immediately.
11. Accommodation & Camping
11.1 No camping or tent area is provided. 11.2 Camping in or around the venue is prohibited. 11.3 Overnight stay in the venue is not allowed. 11.4 The Organizer is not responsible for unauthorized camping.
12. Final Provisions
12.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change the program. 12.2 Entry may be limited due to capacity. 12.3 These Terms are binding for all visitors.
